Ordering Brochures
Our site uses an order form for customers to
request brochures from our clients, the holiday companies. We collect
visitor's contact information (including mailing address for the brochure).
Contact information from the order form is passed on to our clients via
email (and/or electronic download), who are then responsible for dispatching
the brochure. The holiday company may then use this contact information
to send information about their company and promotional material, but
are NOT allowed to share this information with anyone else. The customer's
contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when
necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out

Advertisements
We provide advertisements on our site, some
of which may be sourced from outside ad companies to display ads on our

using whatever process is provided to be removed from their systems. We
provide an online mechanism in the "Your Details" section of
the site for our visitors to be removed from our mailing list,
and to ensure that their information is also not passed on to any 3rd
party. We have systems in place to ensure that this opt-in/opt-out service
is operated correctly.

post our update policy on our Homepage so our users are always aware of
what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if
